Trieste: prices are rising, investors from the East... but are these values ​​real? I say yes.

Over the past two years, Trieste has seen significant price growth in the real estate market, especially in certain areas of the city. This growth is driven, in part, by the presence of foreign investors—particularly from Eastern Europe—who were the first to grasp the strategic value of our city.

Trieste is a port, a crossroads, a meeting point of cultures, and today more than ever it is observed with interest by those who view Europe as a land of stability and opportunity.
