Trieste: prices are rising, investors from the East... but are these values real? I say yes.

Not only for its historical charm, quality of life, and geographic location, but also for a series of strategic and international factors that we often underestimate. Trieste is a port, a crossroads, a meeting point of cultures, and today more than ever it is observed with interest by those who view Europe as a land of stability and opportunity.
