Suspension of the first home loan: let's clarify

The suspension of mortgage installments with self-declaration without presentation of the ISEE model is valid for a maximum of nine months.
There is another measure that will be introduced: the possibility of extending the mortgage repayment plan. For this type of choice, the request must be submitted to the same bank intermediary who granted the loan, who will pay 50% of the interest accrued on the residual debt during the suspension period.
